Where we ship
We ship to all 27 EU countries.
Shipping costs
- Orders under €35: €4.99
- Orders of €35 or more (for example 2 rolls): free shipping
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. All orders are tracked – you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 business days of ordering, email us at viggo.forssman1@gmail.com and we will send a new one or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can change it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
