Terms of Service

1. About us
This online store ("Wipr", "we", "us") is operated from Helsingborg, Sweden. You can contact us at wiprshop@gmail.com.
2. Who can buy
The store is intended for consumers and businesses in the EU. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is correct.
3. Orders and contract
Product pages are an invitation to buy. When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email; the contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (or your local currency where offered) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and times are described on our Shipping page. The risk for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive them.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. How to use it, and how refunds work, is described on our Returns & Refunds page.
7. Faulty goods
You have the legal rights for faulty goods that apply in your country (in the EU at least 2 years, in Sweden 3 years). Contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.
8. Product use
Our products are cleaning cloths intended for wiping and cleaning. Follow the care instructions on the product page. We are not liable for damage caused by use other than intended.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the order concerned.
10. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
If you're not happy, email us first – we aim to reply within 2 business days. Swedish law applies, but this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the EU country where you live. Consumers in Sweden can also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se).
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
