14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To cancel, email us at viggo.forssman1@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw (you may use the model form below, but you don't have to). It is enough that you send your message before the 14 days have passed.

Returning the goods

• After you contact us, we will send you the return address. Please return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.
• You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
• Items should be returned in the condition you received them. You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check it, but you may be held liable for any loss in value caused by using it beyond that.

Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you have sent them. Refunds are made to your original payment method, at no charge to you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full – you do not pay anything for this. Your statutory rights for faulty goods (at least 2 years in the EU, 3 years in Sweden) are not affected by this policy.
